In this manual we will give you an overview of the functions of the dashboard. You can access the dashboard directly by logging into your Loyalista account. Otherwise, you can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking on Dashboard in the main menu on the left.
In this section we will go into general detail about the members' area of Loyalista and the functions as well as the navigation: The main menu is located on the left-hand side of the screen. With the help of the main menu, you can easily access the various items in the members' area. If an option has several suboptions, another menu opens first in which the desired suboption can be selected. The main menu can be easily shown and hidden with the icon at the top left of the screen. At the top right edge of the screen, there are the flag icons for language selection, the user icon for logging out and navigation to the user profile, and the bell icon that informs about new notifications. Information on the options and suboptions of the main menu can be found in separate instructions. Below we explain the functionalities of the dashboard.
In Picture 1, the dashboard is visually divided into the four main areas. Notifications at the top left, the traffic light and the subscription overview at the top right and the evaluations at the bottom. In the next sections we will go into detail about each of the main areas.
In the Notifications section of the dashboard, you will always see all unread notifications from Loyalista by default. You will receive regular notifications from Loyalista on the following topics: Subscription, maintenance, your customers' merge requests and others. This section is only intended to give you a brief overview of new notifications after you have logged in. For a more detailed overview of all your notifications, go to the Notifications section of the main menu on the left. See the separate manual for this. The Notifications section of your dashboard still offers you full features related to your notifications:
Unread notifications are always displayed, while read notifications disappear after a page refresh. You can make read notifications visible again by clicking on Show all. In addition, you can click on Show unread notifications at any time to display only the unread notifications. In the overview, you will see the subject of the corresponding notification. If you click on the notification, it will open in a separate window and you can read it.
You can select individual notifications by clicking on the checkbox next to the notification. If you want to select all notifications, click on the top checkbox. Certain functions can be applied to marked notifications: They can be marked as unread with a click on Mark as unread or deleted with a click on Delete.
The traffic light section gives you direct information about whether maintenance work is planned or in progress. Table 1 shows you which traffic light colours have which meaning.
Colors | Meaning |
Green | There is no maintenance work in progress or planned. |
Yellow | Maintenance is scheduled or in progress over the next 7 days, with API access not blocked. |
Red | Maintenance is in progress and API access is blocked. |
Here you get an overview of your current subscription. The upper area shows you the name of your booked package and the costs. In the middle section you can see how many orders you have processed with Loyalista in the current billing month and how many you have available in total. The last entry gives you information about the remaining days in the billing month.
Always keep an eye on the remaining days as well as the remaining orders so that your loyalty program is available without restrictions at all times. You can cancel your subscription with us independently, if you want to adjust your subscription, please send us an email to info@loyalista.de. For more information on managing your subscription with us, see our manual Main Menu: Settings and our FAQs on prices.
The second half of the dashboard provides you with various functionalities to get an overview of your loyalty program and to measure its performance.
You receive current values for certain key figures, such as the Total number of redeemable points. Within the bar chart, you can take a closer look at each available key figure in a self-selected time period and interval. In the table on the right side, you can display your top customers for certain key figures.
More detailed information on the statistics, key indicators and their calculation can be found in the manual Explanation of Analyses & Data.
