In this manual you will learn more about the functions of the options Profile and Subscription. You can access these suboptions by clicking on Settings in the main menu on the left.
Under Profile you can maintain your company information, such as your company name, address, logo and website. You can also change the login email address and password of your Loyalista user account here.
If you consent, you can decide whether you also want to receive Loyalista notifications by e-mail or only view them in your Loyalista account. E-mails on billing topics are excluded from this. You will always receive this by e-mail. If you select Yes, you will also receive notification by e-mail. If you select No, you will not receive notifications by e-mail.
In the Data Processing Agreement section, you can click on the View button to view the current version of the agreement for data processing at any time. If you scroll to the end of the agreement, you will see the date and time you agreed to this agreement. As soon as we make changes or adjustments to this contract, you will automatically receive a notification and will be asked to agree to the changes the next time you log in.
By clicking on the suboption Subscription, you will be redirected to the customer portal of our payment provider Stripe. Here you can adjust the data needed to process payments, retrieve your invoices generated by Loyalista and cancel your subscription with us. Except for the cancellation, it is currently not possible to independently adjust the subscription (upgrade or downgrade). For adjustments, please contact us at info@loyalista.de.
