Main menu: Settings

In this manual you will learn more about the functions of the options Profile and Subscription. You can access these suboptions by clicking on Settings in the main menu on the left.

Profile

User Information

Under User Information, you can maintain your login and personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and password. Additionally, you can set your default language here. Based on the selected default language, the system is automatically set to the corresponding language upon login, and you will receive notifications in the chosen language.

Company Information

Under Company Information, you can maintain your company data, such as your company name, address, logo, and website.

Info
Changes to company information do not affect the information on your invoices. If you wish to change billing-relevant data, please refer to the Subscription section below.

Under Marketing Consent, you can choose whether you wish to receive in-app marketing notifications and/or marketing emails. For emails, consent is given through a Double Opt-In (DOI) procedure. For documentation purposes, the following information is tracked and displayed in your profile:

  • Email: [Example-Email-Address]
  • Consent Date: [Date] [Time]
  • Origin IP: [IP-Address]
  • Text Version: [Version]
  • DOI Date: [Date] [Time]
  • DOI IP: [IP-Address]

Administrator Access

Activating this option allows administrators to access your user interface for troubleshooting or configuration purposes. Administrators can only access your account if you have explicitly enabled this option. For security, both the granting of permission and every actual access by an administrator are logged completely. It is recommended to grant access only for a limited period of time.

All activities (granting access, revoking access, and the actual administrator access) are logged in an overview.

Contracts

The Contracts section displays a table showing when you agreed to which version of the Data Processing Agreement (AVV) or the Terms and Conditions (AGB). You can also view the individual contract versions here.

Subscription

By clicking on the suboption Subscription, you will be redirected to the customer portal of our payment provider Stripe. Here you can adjust the data needed to process payments, retrieve your invoices generated by Loyalista and cancel your subscription with us. You can adjust your subscription independently. Upgrading takes effect immediately, with pro-rated billing for the previous plan and the start of a new billing period. Downgrading becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.
