Your membership will automatically renew after the free trial month and the invoice amount of the selected billing method must be paid.
What happens to my account after I cancel my subscription?
You can continue to use Loyalista without any restrictions until the end of your billing period. After that, your customers will no longer be able to redeem their accumulated points and we will deactivate your account within 30 days. After deactivation you will no longer be able to access your Loyalista account, you will need to contact us if you wish to reactivate your account or delete all your stored data.
Can I pause my subscription?
Subscriptions cannot be paused. You can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of your billing period.
Can I downgrade my subscription?
Subscriptions can be downgraded at any time. However, the downgrade will not take effect until your billing period has expired.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Memberships can be upgraded at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. The old billing period will be billed pro rata and a new billing period will begin.
What happens if I exceed the number of orders within the billing month?
Once you have reached the maximum number of orders, it is no longer possible for your customers to redeem collected points. However, points can still be collected. Either you upgrade your subscription with Loyalista or the full functionalities will only be available to you again the next month.
If the free trial month has already been used, the full annual amount must be paid immediately with annual billing. Otherwise, the annual amount must be paid after the end of the trial month.
Until when do I have to cancel my free trial month before my subscription renews?
You have until the last day of your free trial month to cancel your membership. The exact day and time will be displayed on your dashboard.
Does my unused monthly contingent of orders expire even if I am billed annually?
The contingent of orders is always valid for one month. The unused contingent also expires monthly in the case of annual billing.
