In this manual, we describe the functions of the Notifications option. You can access the Notifications option by clicking on Notifications in the main menu on the left.
We've already given you a brief overview of notifications in the dashboard manual. The Notifications option provides you with a better overview of all the notifications you have received so far than the overview on the Dashboard. The main difference/advantage is that you are always shown all notifications, regardless of whether you have already read them or not. Table 1 explains the respective columns of the notifications overview:

You can select individual notifications by clicking on the box in the respective row of the notification. You can also select all notifications by clicking on the box in the table header. You can apply two functions to marked messages. With the Mark as unread button you can mark the marked notifications as unread again if you have already read/opened them. With the Delete button you can irrevocably delete marked messages.
