In this manual you will learn more about the functions of the option Integrations. You can access this sub-option by clicking on Integrations in the main menu on the left.
With the help of the option Integrations you can connect your plugin with Loyalista and view the plugin settings. Currently only the plentymarkets plugin is available for Loyalista, but we are working on providing further integrations. The plugin settings are currently only consumed from the plugin in Loyalista and can be viewed but not changed. With further integrations, you will be able to set the loyalty program settings for each integration individually (except for the Value of One Point).
Under Connection you receive your login information, which enables the plugin to communicate with your user account in Loyalista. You must enter this login information at the appropriate place in the plugin. Take a look at our plentymarkets plugin setup manual. The buttons next to the information help you to copy the login information to your clipboard so that you can paste it into the plugin. You can change or update your login information at any time by clicking on the Generate new token button.
The conversion rates of your points stored in the plugin are displayed under Conversion. See Table 1 for an explanation of the two conversion rates.
Conversion rate | Explanation |
Revenue for One Point | Indicates the revenue in the default currency that a customer must generate to earn one point. |
Value of One Point | Indicates the value in the default currency that one point has. |
Under Validity you will see the time periods stored in the plugin for the locking of points and for the validity of points. In Table 2 you will find an explanation of the two periods.
Period | Explanation |
Locking time of the points | Indicates the time in days that must pass before points can be redeemed. If this field is empty, points have no locking time and can be redeemed immediately. |
Durability of the points | Indicates the time in days that points are redeemable after the purchase is completed. If this field is empty, points have no expiry date. |
Campaigns are events for which you can reward your customers with points. Currently you can reward your customers for two different events. In Table 3 you will find an explanation of the two events.
Event | Explanation |
Points for Signup to the loyalty program | Indicates the number of points customers receive when they sign up for your loyalty program. |
Basis points per order | Indicates the number of points customers receive when they create a purchase (added to points according to revenue). |
Under Extra Points you will see the categories and variants for which your customers will receive extra points. You can also see how many extra points are rewarded in each case. See Table 4 for an explanation of the information displayed.
Extra Points | Explanation |
Extra Points for Category | Indicates the number of points customers receive when they purchase an item of a product from a category with Extra Points. Also indicates the category IDs of the integration (comma separated if more than one ID is entered) for whose included products extra points are awarded. |
