In this manual, we explain the different ways to create a user account, how to create a user account and which billing methods and product packages we offer.
There are two different ways to create a user account with us: The easiest way is to click here. You can also use any Create an account link on our website.
Once you are on the registration page (picture 1), enter your name, e-mail address and password as requested. Finally, click on Let's go.
Afterwards, you must first agree to the Terms and Conditions (T&C). This is followed by acceptance of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This contract is legally required when personal data is processed on your behalf (e.g. customer data from your shop) and regulates the rights and obligations of both parties to protect this data. Thereafter, you will be informed about the Privacy Policy and asked if you would like to receive marketing emails from us.
Once you have completed these steps, you will either land directly in the Checkout (if you started the registration via the pricing table on loyalista.de) or you will land on our internal pricing table to choose a suitable package before proceeding to checkout.
Unless you have landed directly in the checkout, you will now land on the pricing table (picture 2) where you can choose a billing interval. With annual billing, you can save up to 20% depending on the product package. Then select the appropriate product package and click on the corresponding Subscribe now button.
You are now on the billing page (picture 3). On the left-hand side, you will see both the free trial period and the total amount due at the end of the free trial period. Enter the payment information for your company on the right-hand side. We always recommend entering your company name and VAT ID so that the data appears correctly on the invoice. If your company is based outside of Germany, entering your VAT ID is mandatory for correct invoicing. Once you have entered your data correctly, complete your registration by clicking on the Subscribe now button. Your payment details will be checked immediately and you will then be redirected back to your Loyalista account, where you can start using the software straight away.

As long as you have not yet entered your billing information and started the trial period, you can still adjust your product package. To do this, you must exit the billing step (picture 3) and log out of your Loyalista user account and log in again. You will now be automatically redirected to the price table (picture 2) and can choose a product package. Then go through the billing step as described above.

Loyalista offers you various product packages to choose from so that you can adapt your costs to your requirements. The main difference between the packages is the number of orders you can process with Loyalista each month. Only purchases in your store are taken into account, not credit notes, which are also transferred to Loyalista to adjust the points. Table 1 gives you an overview of the Loyalista functionalities listed in the pricing table:
